HELMET: "SUPER RARE" WWII Schlueter Front Seam Fixed-bale shell. The helmet has been restored to look like a "Combat Worn" camo pattern 517th PRCT Helmet. The "Rigger Modified" chinstraps, Fixed-bale, chin straps & aging/weathering were applied/made by Me. The Fixed bales are 100% original/authentic!!! Only Schlueter bales have that shape. Heat stamp is: 206A "S"

💥💥💥Just a reminder that Schlueter only made 2% of all helmets in WWII, their Fixed Bale shells were a limited run, they are very hard to find. 💥💥💥The B&W pictures are of the real 517th PRCT preparing to jump into Southern France.

HELMET LINER: WWII Era Westinghouse helmet liner restored as an early type with HBT webbing, steel A-washers, double-wire sweatband, nape strap & liner chin strap are Premium aged replicas.

What parts are Original? Here's what's real:

Steel A-washers, center tie-string, Double wire slider & sweatband clips, the steel pots cork texture, 5/8" chinstrap buckles, U.S.G.I. surplus chinstrap webbing. The shrimp net is vintage material... not repro.
