HELMET: WWII Schlueter Front Seam M1 Bale shell. The helmets cork texture is original. M-1 chinstraps are aged repro's with solid brass hardware. The clubs of the 327th GIR & NCO bar were hand-painted By Me, then aged & weathered for a Combat Worn appearance. Heat stamp is: 266A "S"
SCHLUETER ONLY PRODUCED 2% OF ALL STEEL POTS DURING WWII, WHEN THE WAR ENDED, SO DID THEIR CONTRACT.
HELMET LINER: CAPAC-Westinghouse helmet liner. The liner has been restored. HBT webbing, sweatband, nape strap & liner chin strap are Premium aged replicas. Drawstring helmet net is included.
