M2 D-bale 101st Airborne 506th 2nd Bn. Captain Helmet Front Seam Paratrooper Liner. (Original parts)
HELMET: WWII Front Seam D-bale shell. M2 chinstraps with early war cast buckle. The 506th 2nd Bn. & Captain insignias were hand painted (BY ME) then aged & weathered to look like a "Combat Worn" helmet. Steel pot is in used but good condition.
LINER: This is a WWII Era Firestone liner that has been restored as an Airborne model. Original HBT webbing, Original A-washers, Original Sweatband & original nape strap. The A-yokes w/cast buckles, liner strap & chamois lined leather chincup are premium aged repro's. ***The Drawstring helmet net & burlap scrim are included.***
ORIGINAL WWII PARTS USED ARE THE FOLLOWING: The HBT Webbing, N.W.C.
made Sweatband, Nape strap, tie-string, A-washers. The liner has names inside in white paint. The outer paint of the liner is original... not altered in any way by Me.
